Child is willing to attend a Christian church weekly

Child has the cognitive skills necessary to perform daily living tasks

Child has the ability to attend Public School

Child is not an adjudicated delinquent with felony charges

Child has no history of violent behavior against self, others, animals and property

Child has no history of sexually acting out with other children

Child has no current drug or alcohol usage

Anyone over the age of seventeen (17)

Those with a history of violent behavior against self, others, animals, or property

History of acting out sexually with other children

Assault or violent crimes against people

Adjudicated delinquents with felony charges
